Today started out nicely. Light rain falling. Breakfast was delightful -- Irish rolled oats and honey vanilla chamomile tea, perfect rainy day breakfast. I am not deterred from my days' activities even though it is raining. In the summer I will take any excuse to put on my rain boots. And the main activity for today will definitely require them. I am going to go visit Hidden Valley Farm and the Green Door Gourmet market. [picture from website below].
A new friend or acquaintance, as he should probably be called, recently left his job at a coffee shop that I frequented, for the last nearly three years of being here in Nashville, to work on this farm; he studied Agriculture. I don't think I've actually meet someone who studied Agriculture. I have meet a number of farmers. I am excited about visiting this farm. It is something I have been wanting to do but not made the time yet. On to the days' adventure....
